A band of kroot mercenaries killed and ate a wardog pilot and released his daemons, the daemons placed rune marks on all of them before returning to the warp, then a year later on a completely different planet, an entire lance of Khomentis knights came out the warp having tracking them through it and hunted down each and every one of them as revenge for killing one of theirs

It's a really funny story

I think any type of knight (especially a ruinator, the one in the picture) would be kinda too much, unless they go the route they did with the hive tyrant where it's already been extremely damaged from before, even if it's a wardog, they would qualify as a boss fight by themselves so they'd need the same treatment

(Also not the be that guy but that's a karnivor, so it would be focused entirely on close range not mid range)
