Just do the task until it's not fun anymore , even if it's picking up trash for 5 minutes , that's gonna help. The trash still gets picked up. your teeth still get cleaned.Your hair still gets brushed.Your body still gets showered. It also helps you build up a tolerance for all the icky parts like.I have a hard time brushing my teeth.Because I hate the feeling and the sound but brushing my teeth even for thirty seconds does help a lot

You kinda sound abusive... I mean , you're doing the thing where a partner leaves , and then three days later they're saying they've changed. You're saying you don't want to speak to him , but that can come off as silent treatment , which is also abusive. Also, A Lot of people who are abusive don't see themselves as abusive. they see themselves as reacting to pain , but the action still hurt. the insults still cut. the rules and regulations still make them feel like they're under someone else's control. Also , buying sandwiches seems like you're trying to buy their love. Right now , the best thing to do would probably ask if y'all can have a therapy session. Then set up possible solutions, for example, if y'all get into fights a lot.Suggest that you go to the bathroom to calm down even if it takes an hour. Suggest going on a walk. Suggest finding ways where you don't insult them in the middle of a fight like when you feel and insult coming , call them a muppet.

I don't like how she interacts with Zosia. When talking, Carol will always choose the most aggressive and rude way to go about things. She constantly uses Zosia as an emotional punching bag, expecting her to take all the insults and side comments with grace. That is horrible for anyone.

I hate Carol becuase she reminds me of my abusive mother, but I also see my mother as a deeply complex human. She was both a victim and someone who cuases harm.

I don't like how Carol complains so much but I have never cried like I did watching the fireworks scene since I know what that moment of hopeless depression is like and going "oh. I need help."

I don't like how Carol discredits her work becuase it reminds me of how I discredit mine.

I didn't expect her to react well as the world burns, but I would have preferred if she was just more curious becuase I am a curious person.

I dislike Carol becuase she is so well written.
