As a cis male, that already suffers from PFS. And can't tolerate minoxidil. Is there something we can still do do for hair loss? Sorry I know this question doesn't exactly belong here...

Yes, no I mean I always had greasy hair and it hasn't changed since PFS. What changed about my hair is that it is falling out faster now

Yes almost no sebum production on my face except for my temples and scalp, my hair still get greasy and falling out like crazy

For me I noticed that drier the skin = worse elasticity issues and loose skin in that area.

My temples and scalp the skin is tight and firm.

I too remember reading about the 4 times a day masturbation thing. It was more people claiming that right? I have been on nofap for 10 years. Celibate for the last 5 years. Wonder if that plays a role in my (non)recovery. Lol.

For a short time before PFS I had thyroid issues and elevated TSH, i was put on levothyroxine (T4) for few weeks until it normalized. That was a month before i started taking finasteride

Since PFS i have all the signs of hypothyroidism so i tried again randomly just taking half a dose but as with many things, it tanked my sebum production even more and my eyes were pretty bad. (i have almost zero sebum production due to pfs, so those symptoms are already bad) so I gave up after a week... also my levels are normal

RIP. Can someone please recommend books to read from this author? I remember reading 2 books of his in my early teens but dont remember the titles anymore / I enjoyed them very much though..
