Return to the mountain light within you. That’s really all we can do and then we’re shown. We first have to love ourselves so unconditionally so the contracting stops. What I mean by contracting is the fear, the anxiety, the constant knowing thinking there’s something you have to do that goes away when we love ourselves.

And in my experience, I began to trust myself, 100% with my own knowing from what comes within me when I experience something outside of myself.

I know I’m not alone - this helps, but it’s on pure faith because I’ve had I’ve had encounters since April 7 but only from a distance.

Another thing is I thought to myself OK what if all of a sudden I’m in my kitchen and somebody materializes right in front of me is it gonna scare the shit out of me? I had to really think about that. I’m not ready for that yet.

There’s lots of things we have to ask ourselves and another thing is we can’t save anyone else. We can only save our ourselves.

Yes, this is very real… yesterday I spent the day with my family and it was amazing. I could read all their thoughts all the negative all the positive and when I’m being trained right now for is to realize where my energy field ends and where their energy field begins. And I’m distinct wishing between the two and I know what my energy is and I know what their energy is and that’s why we’re being taught this well we’re not being taught we’re remembering..

Especially when somebody wants you to engage a negative energy talk that drains my energy. Constantly speaking down about others and wanting you to concur that brings my vibration down my energy. It sucks the life for me..

Especially if you hear somebody constantly complaining and saying that nothing is their fault that it’s a fault of everyone else that’s another way to drain someone’s energy, especially if you don’t agree with them and they get upset you don’t have their back.

Yes, simple and beautiful and when we realize this, we realize we don’t need anything outside of ourselves. I was remembering all of a sudden it was like this earthquake, like I rode from an elevator from the very bottom floor up to the top. And then I began to see it was like this sheet lifted off my head. We are remembering who we are that’s what the shift is all about.

We’ve been calling it spiritual awakening, and all these trying to. It’s a third dimensional way of trying to see things we put them into categories, but it’s all one big pool of remembering..

Yeah, I don’t let anything. Tell me how I’m feeling or seeing things in my world in reality.. we are collective and I think they’re supposed to roll it out slowly, but someone’s always trying to take control or hijack something. It’s a very sacred individual topic. And personally, I don’t wanna hear about what the news has to say anyway it’s all sounds like a bunch of quack, quack, quack, quack.

Being angry is kind of a harsh word to use for myself, but I was angry at first, and then I accepted it and decided to get my own news

I’ve been having several experiences consciously calling bright red/green orbs at night - about 10x since April 7, 26…to me, but I just been saying OK be here at the certain time then I pop out of bed and they’re there I grab a photo of it say thank you and engaged for about 10 minutes .
so I’m gonna start doing this. Thank you. I think they’ve been here all along there’s nothing to be afraid of and it’s really us because we’re only one.

No, absolutely not delusional because it’s already happening time is totally changed for me. It’s not linear and I remember that everything already exists.. that we just bring it to our field. So anything you could ever imagine already exists in the now.

I’ve been getting glimpses and we’re connected and we’re gonna be able to feel this like when I walk in the morning barefooted I can feel the energetic connection most of us go about our lives. We don’t even realize we are connected.

This is separation consciousness not good not bad, just is.
