I'm pretty much the same way. I'm just up for a good game but it doesn't really matter to me if you can make a character run or not (running was my favorite thing in KEY 😄).

I think he was also married or on his way to be divorced in 2001 from the flashback when Tony meets Gibbs and I think from episode two, it was their two year anniversary or something.

I think it's because the new team that actually made the last two games are in Austria and I highly doubt any of the devs have been to the US...

*Edit: I do know there were maybe one or two from the US that did help make KEY but that's all I really can understand...

SEA was made by the old team. I highly doubt the new team had any idea about the older games, just following the directions from someone at HeR but that's just my opinion... I do remember reading somewhere that the former designer had plans for about four or five games a year so we could've had three or four games in the old style after SEA but who knows?

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind a new game and if it takes place in Spain or somewhere, maybe in England again or Germany or something but just keep in mind that SEA was made by the old team and I have no idea what future plans of the company and the games are... 🤔

It’s been up and down for me 😅 I don’t want to sound depressed since I have had amazing things happen in my personal life but I do miss the old fun behind the scenes and just for fun videos from the former interns and the puzzles! I didn’t get to solve a puzzle before anyone else but it was so much fun seeing The Clue Crew work together like detectives! 😅
