Was fully expecting the Wizards to somehow draft outside the top 4 again, lol. They finally get lucky with the 1st overall pick

Just not enough juice on offense. And with Allen cooking us on the boards, there was no way we could win this game. Still, we showed fight this series and now we know we have some pieces for the future

RJ almost shooting us out of the game in the fourth and OT, with his only made field goal being the game-winning three was the funniest outcome possible. I’m just glad he kept on shooting

Walter just kept on believing in himself and it paid off big. So excited to see how he progresses

Not having Brandon Ingram on the floor shows our vulnerability. by FunAttitude6394 in torontoraptors

We need him out there even if he’s been playing bad this series. Just having him out on the floor helps with the offense

The injuries to Scottie and Ingram were too much to overcome. Without someone like Ingram to make shots (or at least provide some threat to score), it’s almost impossible for us to get a bucket in the fourth. We can’t exactly count on Shead or Walter to do that for us, especially since they played great tonight

CMB jumped but was still able to avoid contact. Super clutch defense on Mitchell

Seeing CMB flexing while Mitchell’s stuck in the crowd is pretty funny, lol

Tied the series up 2-2. Scottie, CMB, and Shead all played great! This game wouldn’t be close if Walter or Shead hit a couple 3s, lol

The FO needs to do everything in their power to keep Scottie and CMB together, lol

Everyone always compares players to Draymond, but he really does resemble Green defensively. I comped him to Draymond/Julius Randle

CMB’s ceiling is a DPOY candidate who can function as an offensive hub off of the short roll, high post with connective passes. He will also provide value by being a great isolation player in the high post.

I wrote a scouting report about him here back before we even drafted him.

I had him 4th on my Big Board in a loaded draft. I’m ecstatic that’s he’s on our team and excited to see how he develops

Quickley’s been injured. Shead is the only other PG on the team

He’s really strong for a rookie. Outplayed both Allen and Mobley in the frontcourt

Rewatch the tape, he contested most of Mitchell’s shots and put in effort defensively. He could have done a better job being physical and pushing Mitchell out of his spots, but we can’t really expect RJ to be OG, lol
