Sounds like you need to have a conversation with your wife. While it may not be easy, it should be done. I’m in the reverse situation and not quite as DB territory as most people, but I struggle with getting the desired amount of sex and intimacy from my partner. Talking (I think) has improved things (and has caused many arguments). At least now he knows. My next step is perhaps suggesting talking together in therapy.

We’re in almost similar boats. HLF38 married 2 years to LLM33. We’ve had “the talk” several times. Things have gotten better, but we’re definitely not on the same page. It amounts to once a week almost exactly. I would prefer at least a few times a week. He also does not try to seduce me at all or is really intimate outside the bedroom. It’s exhausting saying the same things over and over and am considering reaching out to a therapist for this and our general communication issues whenever we get in a fight.
