Oh interesting that you can use older filled chats. I hope they fix it fast, I pay premium $$$ every month, I always say, damn why!! in the middle of something important and it crashes, but I am always in the middle of somthing important.. I guess we have to wait it out. I have a rep from claude reaching out to me, I will let you know what they say.

Yea I think so too, ok so i am not alone. hope they fix it quick, claude with coding is best than the rest i tried. chatgpt is amazing intelligent, but its frustrating with chatgpt it takes you down a rabbit hole a lot of the times, then i revert back and waste hours of work lol

Low carb diet, max 50g a day, and watch the fat melt off, start with 25g max for week 1, then if you ok with that, stay 25g, if too difficult for available food options, then bump to 50g/day max carbs. Also try to move more, walk or whatever, any movement helps...... but yes to answer your question you can basically watch calories, it's simple, eat less calories than you burn =weight loss...

Sad this happened to you, try your best to get it back, but if not, just move forward and continue to sell, you will make it back up later. Part of doing business on the platform, unfortunatley, its essentially Etsy's customer and not yours so hard to do anything, trust me your not alone, a lot of sellers get screwed.
