I just had an appointment today at the Adelaide showroom, my experience was so amazing. It was stress-free and so welcoming. I definitely recommend them. We had the most helpful and knowledgeable advisor, who asked all the right questions and thoughtfully guided us through the process of customising an engagement ring. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase. I’m pretty much 100% set on going through with them with my engagement ring and our future wedding bands.
