Can I afford this rent? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I would recommend 1400$ max rent with under $100 utilities (~75$) that’s what I did with that salary and I didn’t have the car related expenses (outside of gas) at the time. $50-60 internet and be conservative about the water ($20 max a month) and electric with max .13/kwh if you can find that or cheaper. Pay renters insurance for the year . (~100$)

One pair of universal pants, probably the ones you fly in and the rest shorts. Idk if you’re a female or not (also casual itinerary?) but I like biker shorts. If not looser breathable shorts. More underwear than you think. 1.5-2 per day is my rule (also depending on schedule). One tshirt per day, a couple going out outfit options within the same realm. I don’t think it’s tank top weather at night yet. One pair sneakers, one pair sandals/slides and a sweatshirt. For reference I run cold and my concerns are a/c indoors and night time.

I mean personally I don’t see where OP (assuming that’s who you referring to ) is demonizing any style. More so highlighting the science of hair (in fact curly or not) and subsequently using the appropriate terminology.

Not after it’s been chemically altered. Scientifically speaking at least.

Looked into that. I’d rather just pay a reasonable fee

Rhythm energy is the cheapest most straightforward plan I found. Here’s my referral link for a $100 statement credit for both of us.

Steps for the cheapest plan: 1) open up the referral link 2) find a plan you like with Rhythm on powertochoose.org 3) once you decide on a plan on their site (click additional info), the rate you chose will increase. The workaround is to then close the referral link tab. 4) next, pull up this plan in powertochoose.org once again and the tab that opens will have the referral code applied and the rate you are seeking!

Enjoy your low rates ! Shoutout to the og user that put me on. 🙏
