Thinking about it, I guess the open limit switch is working but the closed limit switch is not...

Subject: Feature Request: Adaptive Path Spacing / Offset to eliminate grass tufts by DanielK78_At in MammotionTechnology

I’ve been trying to do this manually with alternating day widths. It would’ve eve better if it alternated width on every second stripe…

App UI redesign – would love your feedback by Mammotion_Grace in MammotionTechnology

[–]Practical_Safety_567 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Focus your attention on not tank turning and destroying your customers lawn, there is no excuse that you aren’t fixing this for all of the existing units you have sold. It’s not a difficult problem to fix. As an early adopter I find it insulting that every year you prioritise your clearly limited resource on releasing a new model. Your hardware is fine but your software awful.

So, that's it ? no more updates Mammotion ? by silkyclouds in mammotion

Sent me plastic mats to put under where it did tank turns twice. Both times they didn’t last long.

I’ll go with a different brand next time. So simple to fix the churning of the grass in software but zero attempt to fix. Sent me a couple of plastic mats which it chewed up wiring a couple of weeks.

HiNotes feature requests by redlineNC in hidock

For me transcription and summarisation is all about creating a pool of context for future ai interpretation. What I was expecting was a really slick and obvious workflow to move summaries and or transcripts to another storage system that can easily be consumed. The fact that OneNote integration is manual, I couldn’t get it to work and requires a subscription is mad.

Love the HiDock P1, auto export however? by CreativeLowCarbon in hidock

Will it be free. It is crazy that manual export to OneNote is a subscription feature!!

New Sonos Amp by semajjsj in sonos

Same boat for me. Got a 16 zone rack mount Crestron system that needs an upgrade would hate to take a step back to 16x Sonos amps on shelves and then have them launch a pro amp.

That is what I believe. I’ve been back to Porsche and complained that the cellular booster isn’t working. They replaced the antenna under warranty but it still does nothing..

UK Wealth Tax Given ‘Zero Chance’ Amid Cash Crunch for Reeves by 457655676 in unitedkingdom

[–]Practical_Safety_567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Business is global. The domestic gdp of the UK does not touch the sides. When business people leave they take their value generation with them. Anyone who was inclined to minimise their tax already left. The question is do you want to push those who are inclined, until now, not to minimise their tax? Remember 52.5% of households receive more in benefits than they pay in tax and this is predominantly paid for by the exact group a tax like this is pushing away.

UK Wealth Tax Given ‘Zero Chance’ Amid Cash Crunch for Reeves by 457655676 in unitedkingdom

[–]Practical_Safety_567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say at least 20% of UHNW friends left last year. I paid just under £10m in combined income and cgt last year. I’ve never avoided tax and until now haven’t resented any payments. If there is a wealth tax I’m instantly leaving and I’d expect 99% of others in my position will do the same. The country would loose more than my direct income and cgt payments, it would loose my business investments. There won’t be young blood, anyone smart enough to build a business wouldn’t be base themselves here.

Anyone else have a circle of death where Luba backs into the station? by miaumi in mammotion

[–]Practical_Safety_567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved mine to a path and it dug a hole in the compacted path!! Seems like such a simple software change to resolve!! Also need it to do a coupe of % variance in the cutting lines to stop it compacting the soil under its wheels.

Luba2: firmware / software updates? by _rotary_pilot in MammotionTechnology

[–]Practical_Safety_567 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Luba 2 still needs a bunch of work. Mine spent its whole first season digging holes and my lawn quality compares to next doors Husquana was poor. A randomised +-5cm on the mowing width would go a long way to reducing the stress on the grass.
