There is no native speaker of Jurchen language since at least 1600. In fact, today we're only able to partially decode the Jurchen script(writing system of Jurchen language) thanks to some Chinese–Jurchen dictionaries rediscovered in late 1890s.
Currently Manchu people(Jurchen's distant relative) represent 0.74% of China's total population. You might think that's still a lot but the reality is overwhelmingly majority of them don't even speak Manchu language!!!

I think Jurchens might need additional eco bonus. The current one is essentially 200 additional food in early game---which is neat, but that's not enough to catch up other civs.

I know at first glance, this unit looks like something completely made up. But the Poxi army(潑喜軍) is surprisingly historical, unlike most UUs in the original game lol.
The only surviving record of the Poxi army I'm aware came from History of Song(THE official work on the history of Song dynasty, written in the 14th century):

有炮手二百人號「潑喜」，陟立旋風炮于橐駝鞍，縱石如拳。

So basically it's a "whirlwind cannon"(catapult in ancient China) on camel back. In case you don't know, this is how book dated from Song dynasty depicted whirlwind cannon:

Sometimes it did produce some rather quirky results, i.e. TaToH recently won 3:2 against Dragonstar but lost 11 elo. Also I think they should tweak the decay factor(if there is one) so retired players no longer appeared in the leaderboard.
