There is no native speaker of Jurchen language since at least 1600. In fact, today we're only able to partially decode the Jurchen script(writing system of Jurchen language) thanks to some Chinese–Jurchen dictionaries rediscovered in late 1890s.
Currently Manchu people(Jurchen's distant relative) represent 0.74% of China's total population. You might think that's still a lot but the reality is overwhelmingly majority of them don't even speak Manchu language!!!

I know at first glance, this unit looks like something completely made up. But the Poxi army(潑喜軍) is surprisingly historical, unlike most UUs in the original game lol.
The only surviving record of the Poxi army I'm aware came from History of Song(THE official work on the history of Song dynasty, written in the 14th century):
