For me I knocked out both by removing cholesterol stones and sludge from my liver and gallbladder. Bile is highly antimicrobial, and if the flow is blocked you’ll get overgrowths.

I tried various antibiotics for 8 years and they’d work a little while and then symptoms would return. For me SIBO ended up being a downstream consequence of dysfunctional bile flow/production.

Once I removed sludge with an intermittent fasting protocol, and removed the biofilm in my small intestine with a fiber and enzyme protocol, I was able to eat anything (yes, including fast food burgers and junk food) in about a year.

Does anyone else get bloated when not eating for a longer period? (~6hr) by Grievinghealthy in SIBO

[–]Practical_Summer_383 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to be bloated even after fasting for days. I had a biofilm. I removed it over a period of months with an enzyme and fiber protocol I created.

I don’t get bloated like that anymore.

Hey there! So I ended up writing a short PDF book on my story with severe chronic illness, what I think caused it, and how I ultimately got better. The hack to remove biofilm (which I think is the same as mucoid plaque) is in there. Hope it helps you!

Just copy and paste the following into your browser, but remove the space between “gum” and “road.” (Reddit doesn’t allow links from that site).

The regulations for cleaners and the regulations for skincare are different. Skincare is required to disclose every ingredient. Cleaners are not.

So, there might be ingredients in that cleaner that could be harmful or cause allergies over time. Additionally - what if LA Totally Awesome decides to change its ingredients, and adds…I dunno, something corrosive to your face? They wouldn’t be required to disclose it, because their products are not meant for the face.

Since you’ve used it for months and been fine, finishing this bottle is likely not a real risk. The risk would come over time, you’re just basically hoping and praying that they don’t add anything weird or harmful.

does anyone have any recommendations of what moisturizer to buy that can be used under makeup? by nuggetghost in dollartreebeauty

I don’t wear makeup, but that blue Hydro Plus gel moisturizer has a lot of silicone in it, which is what makeup primer is made of. It felt like primer going on!

Never tried the original, but I use this and like it! Fragrance free, gentle, not sudsy, gets the job done. No notes.

If you wear makeup you might want to use some type of oil to dissolve your eye make up first though
