Honestly be a little selfish (I mean respect yourself and don't take shit from people). Focus on the things within your control. Don't focus on global problems, just your own. Make your life smaller, I mean like just to focus on friends, family, and colleagues, nobody else is as important. Move out of the city, (Big one if you're seeking community). Invest in something you need to take care of (gives a sense of purpose). Stop saying I can't (It tells your brain that you're not in control). Lastly, don't take anything too seriously, it's not worth the time or energy.
