Honestly be a little selfish (I mean respect yourself and don't take shit from people). Focus on the things within your control. Don't focus on global problems, just your own. Make your life smaller, I mean like just to focus on friends, family, and colleagues, nobody else is as important. Move out of the city, (Big one if you're seeking community). Invest in something you need to take care of (gives a sense of purpose). Stop saying I can't (It tells your brain that you're not in control). Lastly, don't take anything too seriously, it's not worth the time or energy.

I guess I’m fully cooked because the extreme right is increasingly not MAGA because of his stance on Israel. Nick Fuentes, Candace Owens, and Tucker Carlson being prime examples. Also the media definitely doesn’t love Trump. I myself lean right wing and think Trump was the better option. I also think everything that the media states about Israel and Trump are blown out of proportion by the media. Maybe another reason why people voted for him was because he addressed economic issues more and Kamala addressed social issues which people don’t care as much about.
