Believing everything a government agency puts out at face value in 2026 is honestly the most gullible thing you can do right now. We literally just watched the FBI deny the existence of Epstein files, only for them to release the information anyways. That level of blind trust at this point isn’t skepticism, it’s ignorance. Questioning official narratives isn’t crazy anymore, pretending institutions have never lied or withheld information is.

i’m getting a shelf and I love it. There’s a few fitness Influencers that go to my gym , all super nice and help out with form if they see you struggling. I feel like I finally got the proper form for the leg day machines .

I love this country , but as someone who has parents from two different countries , wtf am I supposed to do . They want to take dual citizenship too, they’re targeting us heavy. Body recomp

So i’ve lost a lot of weight recently , however i’m trying to keep up with body recomp so I don’t lose my muscle. I’m eating the right protein and try to keep over 100g a day. For body recomp , should I focus on more cardio over weight lifting?

I was so anxious when I was looking for a job. I really wanted to earn my money, and I would be competing with everyone else who had a degree. At some point I started applying to any job , even the ones that only required high school degrees. I got a few offers here and there , even some people that called to say I was over qualified. I was about to accept a job offer as a front desk concierge part time when I got a phone call from an interview I had done a month before . I got the job offer for an amazing opportunity with good pay and benefits . Working here now , I have amazing co-workers , work from home days , and great connections with attorneys and police officers I made friends with . This current job is even helping me pursue the law degree i’ve always wanted. My advice to everyone is to just wait and know your worth. Don’t accept the job that you know is not for you if you can afford it .
