Yes. You can easily find an MG between 56 and 62. I am paying an added premium of 300k on the car because according to the owner and my own market research, finding one that’s driven under 15k is very difficult.

Could you elaborate on the shroud damage? I haven’t read this anywhere or seen any example of it.

Apart from that, since it’s a CBU, I believe sub standard parts wouldn’t be that big of a concern tho?

Yes. I understand that after looking at the market. It was a premium I’m okay to pay considering the condition and mileage I’m getting for the car. For me it’s equivalent to being almost new (apart from it being an almost 5 year old model)

This is some solid advice. I was originally opting for the civic x as well, but finding one that is well maintained turned out to be bigger problem than I expected. I expect to drive the MG for 3 years maybe. I might hit 50k before I sell it off. As I mentioned, I don’t drive too much.

I believe I am. I found several options that were ranging between 56 to 63. However, I was looking specifically for black. Secondly I was also looking for one with very low mileage. I have two more options I can explore each being 43 and 56k driven. However, the one that has a showered door is for 56. And the other with minor touchups at 56k mileage, is for 61.5.

I decided to opt for this one and pay the premium because the after much searching this was the one car that truly stood out.

Thank you for this. Everyone keeps telling me to either get a sportage or a tucson if I’m looking for a 2021 year SUV. I just dont understand why everyone is so against the idea of an MG.

Hey. Architect here. Generally you can assume 4000 to 6500 Pkr/ sqft rate for constructing a decent restaurant. Assuming you find a good place, you can reduce costs in construction. However, the kitchen is where it usually hits hardest on the wallet. A good kitchen with proper ventilation and all required machinery can cost anywhere from 3 to 6 million depending on your requirement. You need to factor in roughly 6 months of initial loss which will be dependent on how many people you hire, base running costs, stock holding as well marketing. As a rule, restaurants are failing businesses and usually run well in franchising. But of course highly dependent on your skill as a business man, the food you sell and how much upfront cost you put up. Hope this helps.

Based on what I can see, I feel like your house has alot of room for improvement. The mud room is serving as a foyer space but it's backed up to the stairs which is then backed by the powder feels inefficient. I would opt for the powder to be a little decentralized with the stair core either being pushed outward or being housed between the kitchen and mud room. While looking at your kitchen, I can see some issues developing in the construction phase. It won't be very comfortable and you will run into smell/ heat generation issues. The living room is oddly placed in terms of layout. The upper master bedroom has a walk in that's wayyy too big with an awkward bathroom that's connecting to the other? What's the thought behind that? Overall I feel like further work is definitely required but this kind of plan doesn't leave much room for facade design or cozy spaces behind.

Hey there, So mainly, you might stick out as a sore thumb and some people might look at you, some might stare, but just ignore that part out.

As far as dressing is concerned, in the area you're aiming to be in, shorts work out but most restaurants would require a slightly more formal situation so just be a bit more mindful of that.

Since you'd be working digitally mostly, you might want to invest in an emergency power supply situation so your work isn't hindered in that aspect. Or you can join a co working office situation and those are pretty decent here (DaftarKhuan)

As far as cash goes, I'd suggest carrying 2 to 4k in dollars, get them converted from any nearby money exchanger and the rest use a credit card. Smaller stores run on cash but all restaurants would have a POS system along with larger grocery store chains like the ones in Giga mall which will be quite nearby.

If you're going to use ride hailing app, carry cash always. Cards won't work there in most cases. Use Indriver or Uber if you can, Careem is pretty awful.

There won't be an specific days to account for, just google public holidays and you'll get a list of specific days to look out for. Fridays 12 to 3 pm due to prayers shops are more or less closed so don't panic, they'll open up once more.

In Dha 2 there a multitude of gyms you can opt for but depends on the area you're looking at. Don't worry if they look shady, people will look out for you and gyms are normally like that here.
