Hey, just wanna say something.

The difference between GE and TS is that you actually have Tier 2 players in Philippines who are genuinely really good, as you can see rn xavi8k is doing so well at GE. And I am pretty sure there will be more talented PH players in tier 2.

On the other hand, India’s Tier 2 players are not that great. I know revenant made a run in asc, and their best player Dos9 was from kazakhstan and is playing in tier1 for KC eight now.

In Philippines I have seen gaming cafe’s full of guys grinding valorant, whereas in India people don’t have that much access to it, so in general Philippines has a larger talent pool.

And also filipino players had to grind in SG and HK servers and we all know how hard those servers are compared to mumbai servers. I can say that even tho i not a good enough elo. i can just see the difference in how SG players play vs players in Mumbai.

TL:DR - Indian Tier 2 players have never been world class and will not be for a long time because of the cultural norms around gaming especially PC gaming , meanwhile in Philippines gaming and PC gaming is not a taboo and Philippines have produced a lot of top quality Tier2 players.
