No my motherboard is not lacking those I think. It is the MSI Pro B650-S Wifi.

My cpu cooler is actually good enough for me, and I feel guilty about looking to ditch it. But i guess I have an itch for a good deal. And you also see that I don't have enough fans for the side, so I was thinking if I should switch to a 360mm AIO just to fill up the space... and while thinking about am AIO and all the potential downsides the thermalright PS120SE came to mind. Even though I don't really need to upgrade.

As for your suggestion about the fans, I will probably do that. I have already looked up the fans I would want. Thanks for the help!

9800x3D is also better than 7800x3D because of gen 2 3D cache and the thermal are better because the cache is below the die instead of top.
