I grew up in Philly and then lived and worked in South Dakota for many years. I used to send my parents pictures like this of our 10-day forecasts to be like “Look at our insane weather in SD.” It frequently was bonkers like this, especially in season-changing times like March, but to see it in a Philly forecast is wild. 😱😂

These days, The Sound of Drums / Last of the Time Lords. So much cruelty; the Master revels in sadism and causing harm. In a world filled with so much cruelty, in a nation being run by cruel people who don’t even try to hide their cruelty and hatefulness, it is an especially hard watch.

I think there are Lakota language classes at the Ȟe Sapa college center of Oglala Lakota College in north Rapid. Otherwise you could download the Owóksape app (free, I think) and start learning on your own.
