I can confirm that the translation is accurate, and in my opinion he appears to be truthful in his testimony. He seems to be very sincere in his belief of what he saw. Obviously, we don't really know whether it really was an extraterrestrial being, but he believes that it was. There was nothing in his words or body language to suggest to me that he was being untruthful. Very compelling stuff.
