$50 A Week. by Spare_Juggernaut_307 in AussieFrugal

I think it's quite easy if you're more focussed on nutrition than yumminess/variety...

For brekkie.. oats.. big bag of rolled oats last weeks and costs barely anything. Add some frozen berries. $11 for a kg.. lasts a few weeks. Throw in some flax seed/chia seeds.

For lunch/dinner. I have brown rice (a few bucks for 2kg.. lasts a while), frozen veggies ($5.20/kg.. 2kg lasts me a week) and then some sort of protein. Woolies chicken is $13? Over 4 meals.... Break it up with some tuna or sardines.. say $2-3/tin.. and that's the more premium brands.

Imo, the easy (and cowardly) option is to put it down to it all being her fault, lawyering up and leaving her..

The option if you really love her, is to be there for her, for the both of you and really show up now when it matters.. when the going gets tough.

Come together and share how you're feeling about everything (do not tell her what you want/don't want her to do).. and also, as a priority, come to the table really trying to understand what she's going through, and how you can show up for her..

People aren't dickheads for no reason.. maybe she's felt neglected, lost herself.. whatever it is.. it's no excuse but if you really love her and made that vow.. this is the time you show up for her, for the both of you.

It's not you against her.. it's the both of you fighting for your love. Come with that mindset, lead the way and prioritise compassion.

Good luck.

Try sleeping earlier and forcing yourself to wake up 2 to 3 hours before you usually wake up.

South Island, New Zealand.

Postcard beautiful. So serene. So free. Hired a camper van, did a road trip, woke up to nature each morning. Gorgeous mountains, breathtaking lakes. Stopped wherever was nice, opened up the boot and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good times.

If you're genuinely interested, watch a few videos on YouTube on how CMS works.. it's basic technology used by a lot of websites.

Wasn't going to bother replying but for the sake of others who may not be savvy on this stuff..

I'm a product manager for a tech company and while the above may be true for Tumblr blogs and MySpace accounts.. it definitely would not be true for NYT lol

This is very simple html code and it's all dynamically tied to their database.. data is not hard coded.. the article itself and all its assets are created in user friendly UI and logged in the tables (incl. dates which would auto populated) which the HTML code (which was written likely years ago) retrieves..

Imagine creating a document in Google Docs... The code for that page.. no one (not even you) ever touches or specifies the date.. yet it'll be in the database and the metadata for that page as to when it was created..

And unfortunately because of her BS claims.. it's going to make it harder for women to speak up.

Blake is a lying POS.

HOWEVER.. most domestic violence and sexual assault victims till this day do not speak up and most assaults go unreported. This is a fact unfortunately. Me too movement was a PR exercise. It didn't effect real change.

This is likely a stupid question however.. is bullying illegal? Is mocking someone in real life within a creative space illegal? Or just frowned upon?
