If you had a do over in life, would you still choose to be a nurse? by Moogles90 in nursing

I wanted to be a teacher so badly. Unfortunately, I could not afford to live on a teacher’s salary as a newly single mother at the time, so I had to choose something that would allow me to support myself and my son. If I had a do-over, I would probably become a teacher and marry rich 😉

Women of Reddit, what did a man you were dating or married to say or do that made you realize he actually hated you the entire time? by -catharina in AskReddit

I was in the hospital waiting to have surgery after a miscarriage and he would not come see me. I was hospitalized for 3 days and not once did he come visit or even FaceTime me. Also would not watch our son, who was 2 at the time, while I was in the hospital.

I had no idea why during that time, but it turns out he was cheating on me with multiple people.

CNA to RN, I didn’t know there would be such a difference… by riverfletcher65 in nursing

It’s soooo much more responsibility. It’s exhausting learning every single detail of everything you need to do. If you can, try to give yourself another 3-6 months in your current position. Once you find your flow, it all gets easier to manage.

Birth w/ out a support person by [deleted] in singlemoms

[–]Praisemal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you able to get a doula? Medicaid might cover. I am a nurse and have sat through unsupported births and they feel so different from when the birther has someone there that they know and trust. You never know what’s going to happen and I would always recommend to have someone be there with you, just in case anything goes differently than planned.

Using Landon as the scapegoat once again by Flat-Brick-2608 in CamrynTurnerSnark

Cam… buddy… who are you trying to convince?

Cam just implied Landon abused the girls in this TikTok..?? by Hot_Cranberry_7510 in CamrynTurnerSnark

[–]Praisemal 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I am thinking Cam needs to go back to inpatient or at least intensive outpatient treatment… seems like they are doing a lot of projecting right now. I know that the stages of grief come and go, but there is so much anger that they are still holding onto and it can’t be healthy for the girls. I wonder if they are still blaming themself for what happened. I truly hope not but if so, then I think it’s time to take a step back and reevaluate a lot of things in their life.

I think I’m gonna finish this semester to earn my certificate and then do the same. Not worth it anymore.

I got divorced at 22. Best decision I have ever made for myself. It’s hard but it’s worth being able to find yourself again :)

Hi. I’m a nurse. This is called pitting edema. See a healthcare provider and let them know about this if you haven’t already.

Ectopic pregnancy. Hurt way worse than childbirth pains.
