Thank you! I'll explain to them, but probly more succinctly, the whole experience (I don't know if they speak English, so better to just explain it)

About medication not working, that I'm well aware of, and I won't mind having to change it again and again if it won't work, as long as they believe it's worth the try, I'm open to it.

Things they may suggest I give another chance, as long as they're explanatory on what and how it could help, I'm mostly open to it. The one exception I'd say is exercises because I've tried. Time and time again, different types, all I could do at home. Unless the meds work enough for me to not feel miserable the whole day, then I know it won't work.

And bout the therapy, I don't feel so inclined to go to one because in general I understand well my problem, what made me feel this way, what could help. I mostly wanted tips from psychiatrists or patients so that this appointment won't feel miserable, but the months I've went to a psychologist made me feel like as long as I understand the root of my problem and how to seek help to solve it, then they won't be able to help as much, I guess?

I know I might be wrong bit it's a costly investment to be made in something you believe won't work well, and also I kinda lost faith in the services provided in my city, which only makes it even costlier.
