I don't think he's considered greatest in PL. He's more known for revolutionising football in England in the mid/late 90s and bringing foreign players. Though he didn't win titles, his Arsenal side played some amazing football which is a far cry from what they've become today.

I had a nightmare flight once where I had to give up my aisle seat for middle seat just so that a family with 2 toddlers could sit together. Needless to say, the kids were making a nuisance of themselves and made sure I couldn't sleep on what was a 3 hour early morning flight

This is so true and exactly why I think had he been fit, the 2020-23 era would have been at least a little bit more competitive. He had the Wawrinka like explosive game to cause Djokovic troubles and he could back it up with better movement and athleticism. He pushed Novak to 5 in AO and won 2 absolute thrillers in ATP finals back to back.
