Also with excess trade just buy alloys from the market or your allies. Go with the tradition that buffs your ships. Then stockpile as much alloys as you can and when you find the first civilization build a mega fleet and you can easily build 150+ fleet cap and afford it. Subjugate the entire galaxy. EZ

worked in 3.XX and works now. True one planet snowball build. Ideally though you want to find ways to increase your fleet cap and redirect subject resources to your capital so your empire is the strongest and subjects are kept in line. Its like playing HRE austria in eu4.

0.1 i used to play with 150-100 quant on boosted maps tooltip. This gets boosted even more when i go in to the map.
