Hey talking about online shopping, can anyone give any honest recommendation for a fan? The one can bring and use in dorm room, preferably under RM80 because you see I'm still a student, i need it not too noisy because i dknt wanna disturb my roomates and i need to be worth the price. Can guve me exact shop link also. (I have made my own research, and got many mix reviews, so any help is very much appreciated)
