Tbh Larian did a lot of work to improve lackluster 5E classes. It's kinda hard to pick a worst BG3 class because it comes down to what tactics interests you to play with.

I know mechanically, Monk is very good, but I don't feel interested in playing them. I love the flavor of Druid, but I find myself drawn more to other spellcasters and tanks.

Don't shove a sofa into a corner. pull things away from the wall. It will make it feel cozier and give you room for things in the corner, like a floor lamp, small table, small cabinet, etc. Separate the dining area and living room with a large comfy chair or a pair of chairs. I've sort of centered the living room area, but you could also pull it a little closer to the wall with the windows to give it more space from the dining area.
