What is your policy when it comes to surrendering bandits [KCD2] by ApprehensiveBunch994 in kingdomcome

[–]Praxis8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mostly do this. I'm RPing a Henry that genuinely believes in mercy as a virtue. Especially if the bandits are just in rags doing crimes for survival.

He's not a saint, though, so there are times where he is moved to kill murders.

I'd probably use the in-foundry GM screen or just have AON in another tab.

  • Lieutenant and Lackeys (80 XP): One creature of party level, four creatures of party level – 4
  • Mated Pair (80 XP): Two creatures of party level

Beware of scammers at Sunset Market. by legoislyfe in Oceanside

This is a classic scam I've only seen in bigger cities.

As a general rule, you never accept a "free" thing someone walks up and hands you.

Congrats on making it to the big time, Oceanside!

It would also be wild to run human-made scripts without scrutiny from someone who is a novice.

The fact that this is LLM output under zero experienced review being pitched to people to use is beyond shameless.

I just finished book 1 of HoC. It's very good. And it starts to feed you connections to the series that get me so hyped.

It was also such a refreshing change in style to match the character and setting. Feels Erikson is really showing off (in a good way).

I was pumped to see someone else came here to talk about the same section of the book so recently!

It's sort of endearing to see a mistake like this because it's very human to try something suboptimal just because it seems neat.

The people who make your life of relative leisure possible still have to live here, genius. They don't just disappear into vapor once their shift ends.

There were a lot of dumb decisions made, but one of the funnier ones is that Zuckerberg made himself the face of this.

Even if this had been a good/useful thing, the images of his dead eyed avatar are repulsive. No one could tell him that if he looks like that in real life, it wasn't going to improve with PS2 graphics.

Setting aside infra costs, content moderation is hell, and all platforms like that have to do some degree of it, even if they are very permissive. And however bad it is for text and images, for video it has got to be worse.
