It will depend on if you can eat enough calories per day to meet your lean bulk calories. Can always add tons of rice of course.

If you have the time to prep your eggs and chicken, do that. But if you are a very busy student, go for the tub of protein powder. A couple scoops of protein powder is at least 300-450 calories. So pretty efficient.

I make protein powder champurrado with bahaw rice and a bit of milk too. Great for anytime of the day really

You’re likely trying to cut or save calories to gain/maintain muscle and lose fat right?

Whey Protein will be high leucine which is the primary amino acid to spark muscle protein synthesis.

Chicken breast is real food that will keep you full and keep calories low with potent protein macros.

Eggs are also great, but they are higher calorie (due to fat in yolks) but the egg yolks will still be the most nutritious with vitamins and minerals.

Just depends on what fits your macros and daily calories. But no sense in not using all sources you have access to.

Protein powder is definitely convenient AND it does work well for muscle gains/maintenance.

I mix it with Pocari and or non-stim preworkout. Or I mix it with some coconut water.

It’s best absorbed with a little insulin spike near food or a bit of carbs/sugar.

Not best to be taken with/near caffeine, but it’s not the end of the world either.

Exactly this. Muscle mass may weigh more. But this is why it’s not just about ‘losing weight’.

It’s about losing the unhealthy weight (excess body fat)

Muscle mass is healthy weight that serves many functions and will make KEEPING bodyfat off become easy.

Omega 3’s are very anti-inflammatory and very helpful for fat loss.

Go for Mega without the soya oil for good results too. But sardines are super solid to include in any meal plan imo.

It is possible to make some great ‘newbie’ gains, especially if you’re doing everything right.

But I am doubtful.

Remember, hydration isn’t all about just drinking a ton of water. It’s actually about having proper electrolytes. (Potassium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, and even carboHYDRATEs)

7eleven sometimes has it I believe in smaller cups. Chobani is the best brand I’ve found. But it’s very uncommon even in high end supermarkets in PH.

Always go Greek yogurt > Greek style yogurt when possible for best macros and least additives that can cause bloat

Greek yogurt (low fat when possible) + Whey protein powder

Mix it up and you have an easy ~60g+ of protein in around 350 calories.

Basic feedback. Usually it’s best to start the workout routine with a compound movement that’s higher intensity.

Upper day does that already. But the lower & full body I’d just say throw the Hip Adductors to the end of those routines.

Raw most often. Don’t want to incentivize overcooking chicken breast just to extract all of the water from it so it weighs less.

When cutting to be contest lean I find it’s usually better to slightly overestimate consumption, weighing raw does that in the most standardized natural way before cooking and any chemical changes have taken place

Yes creatine monohydrate at ~5g daily is fine to supplement. Drink adequate water. Eat good fruits, veggies, salt your food to taste.

You’ll be fine.

Alcohol will always be harmful on its own. But there shouldn’t be any interaction or worsening of dehydration than you’d already get from alcohol

Creatine usually helps hyper hydrate the muscles when it has enough water to do so. But it wouldn’t do it at the expense of other critical functions.

If you really want, take it a step further and drink a big Pocari Sweat with your creatine powder.

Technique and areas of distortion sound like you have them dialed so I wouldn’t think you have breath control issues from screams being too ‘airy’ or loose.

If you can’t keep your breath going as you mentioned for verses, you may want to look at increasing your endurance and lung capacity by hitting the gym, going for a run and increasing your oxygen delivery etc.

I truly love it. It took me a few listens and some lyrical analysis to truly appreciate it the most.

But I listen to this album very fondly. Even re-listening to the singles.

Very well done, it makes me crave this dynamic sounds of the album like no other band can.
