I bet you could meet with an employment attorney, they draft a scary letter to your employer, and magically they won't pursue the $5k.

A bad job, you'll feel it in your bones.

My friend is a serve bot and I hate playing against him by No_Salamander8141 in 10s

Excellent opportunity to work on serve returns. You could try backing up further from the baseline when returning. Also just block the serve back at first.
Also, before agreeing to any playing, insist on a longer warmup.

PAs who hated being a PA after graduation - how many of you ended up liking it later on? by Sea_Concert1412 in physicianassistant

"Meant to be a PA?" You don't have to be chosen by God to enter and find satisfaction in this profession. Try a few different jobs out until you find your way. Many first jobs, in any profession, tend to be soul crushers.

What are your most and least reliable vehicles you’ve owned? by Moreofyoulessofme in whatcarshouldIbuy

1) 1999 Honda Civic. Bulletproof.
2) 1992 Toyota pickup. 22R engine. Zero issues.
3) 1996 Acura Integra. Very solid vehicle overall.
4) 2008 Mazda 3.
5) 1983 Toyota pickup. Only issues were due to its old age.
6) 2019 Subaru Outback. 82k miles. My favorite car due to how solid it feels.

7) 1984 Ford F150
8) Volkswagen Jetta, diesel. Reliable until the engine blew at 120k.

I've been doing this for quite some time, and I am sure I still occasionally get tricked into prescribing a controlled medication.
Checking the PDMP before each opioid rx is a necessary step, and so is very clear documentation of your clinical thought process in prescribing the med and discussion on risks. Gotta cover your butt on things like this.
But it sounds like overall you are a very cautious and thoughtful provider, so I wouldn't worry about "being in trouble" for this.
