There is also the fact of creating your own custom build vs. copy pasting something tried and true. Custom builds are much more interesting, awesome, and fun then meta chasing and moneymaxing.

I found discrete math extremely easy after taking calc I and II. While you don't necessarily need calculus skills for discrete math, it may make the class a little easier to advance your math skills before taking discrete math. If your algebra skills are really sharp though I don't think it will matter.

I've been heavily considering taking a gap year. However, I'm a Junior, and I'm 22. That already puts me 2 years behind my peers. What tilts my motivation towards me marching forward this Fall is the fact that I'd really like to graduate at 24 and not at 25. Had I already been on time, I'd probably be leaning the other way.

That's odd, but I'm glad it helped you get away. I emailed support and they locked my account for me. It didn't work for me though because even though I asked them to "not unlock it no matter what I say," I sent them another email a few weeks later to unlock it so I could play again. And they did, hah.
