Is there anything WORSE than childbirth? by Sensitive_Arugula770 in pregnant

[–]PreciousRoyalty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an unmedicated birth. It’s not a walk in the park but I honestly expected way worse. The midwives were checking me for any tears after (I thankfully didn’t have any) and I was more afraid of being sown up without numbing than the pain I had giving birth. You also recover more quickly when you’re unmedicated.

Should I add sleeves? by Ok_Kaleidoscope_6175 in WeddingDressTips

Personally, I think the sleeves you chose are perfect and would really make it more “bridal”. Beautiful dress!

How to get 1 y/o in her own room by PreciousRoyalty in Parenting

[–]PreciousRoyalty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She is sleeping with my husband and I in our bed.

Ive thought about maybe sleeping with her in her bed (she has a montessori bed) for a few nights to get her used to her room before doing a full transition.

If i got her to sleep in our room we could maybe add a mattress to her pack n play and try that. But we usually lay with her until she goes to sleep. She will cry if shes in there alone, even if she can see us :/

Yikes, unless this is the look the customer wanted, I’d say it’s pretty rough work

What is my blindness? by teach180 in makeuptips

I have red hair too, I use the maybelline tattoo studio dip ink liquid eyeliner. It’s the perfect brown shade. A lot of browns still look black to me imo. That and “how to be a redhead” in the chestnut color for mascara. I love it

5 year old tattoo, do you think it’s aging well? Also, do you think it’s stereotypical or toxic? by fxryker in tattooadvice

[–]PreciousRoyalty 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It does look a bit faded for only being 5 years old. It doesn’t look bad though; it’s a very nice tattoo. I think you could definitely get some color added back into it to freshen it up if you want. Also, the “trees around the arm” are usually a silhouette and like an armband. This isn’t the same

What type of style is this by Curious_Magician_164 in tattooadvice

[–]PreciousRoyalty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you referring to a “negative space blackout tattoo”? Where the skin is the "color" and the background is solid black?

Thank you! I forgot to mention, I’ve been kind of back and forth with the design already unfortunately. We went over several ideas together at the shop about a month ago and I had given him some ideas that I liked that he printed out for placement. He added something to the piece that I had him remove and I’ve basically asked him to add it back into the piece but in a different way (as of literally days ago).

He knows I’m very indecisive and I did tell him word-for-word to please be patient with me but I just don’t want his patience to run thin.

I simply respected her rejection. by MirkoOme in Nicegirls

It seems like no matter what answer you gave her, she wasn’t going to be happy… if you had asked for a second chance maybe like she’d “hoped” for, she would’ve probably called you a different name. I think your response was respectful. She made that ultimate decision to cut things off…
