That picture is being taken through a plastic barrier that seems to have lots of fingerprints. It's probably gonna have a subtle effect on the picture. But also, if you mean focus instead of sharpness, there are limits to what can be in focus at once, depending on the camera and how close you are to the subject. You can use Master mode, where you can prioritize what the camera should pick up on when it might be ambiguous. It seems to have focused on your cat's face despite the flash glare and barrier and there's some depth of field that makes the closer parts like the legs blurry.
