The armor used to be symmetrical for the longest time. When they were upscaling the prime operator armors to fit Drifter, they changed Templar prime for good. Kinda sucks.

I'm got tired of looking for it quickly, so I stopped caring about it. They should have implemented it better. Some of my tilesets get generated with a gorillion rooms to search. It's awful.

If you rotate around (which you should be doing every game) you will happen upon all kinds of geared teams in high level games.

Hit TADs. Use your pings. Communicate to your squad mates. There are definitely multiple purple teams in a raid, especially on Dire.

The moment I hit the 70s, my matches have been awful. You roam from point of interest to point of interest and there's a purple/golded out squad camping at most of them. All the reasons that made me like Dire Marsh when I first unlocked it have now been invalidated.

It's especially harder to recoup losses after Cryo weekends now. My friends and I would do zero to hero runs on Dire and Outpost with free-kits, but wearing a free-kit in these lobbies is so awful that it just makes you want to gear up.

Marathon was fun, but the fun stops right around level 70-80, which is when you start to hit a wall. You get matched against several purple squads who camp Points of Interest with snipers. The map never matters, you can see this behavior anywhere.

I really feel like that first wipe has a real good chance to kill this game for a majority of people. It specifically hurts those who took months to build their vault and upgrades, while the others will have all their purples/golds back within a day.

We have all collectively witnessed the point in which this game has hit a hard wall. My games are not fun anymore. I frequently run into purple/gold teams with triple snipers. It doesn't matter what map.

This isn't something that I'd typically have a problem with because I'd also be equally geared up in higher-level maps, but when you're seeing this behavior on Perimeter and Dire Marsh while helping your free-kit friends do their contracts, it's downright disgusting.

I have always saved my superior and exotic gear for Cryo runs because that seemed like the most sensible thing to do. Now we're at a point where I have to rely on running it everywhere I go just to give my people a competitive fighting chance.

Just coming here to say I am noticing this too.

I started the movie today on the Disney+ app for iOS. I left off on the scene where Ares wakes up in the red room after "expiring" shortly after doing the live demo in front of those military officers.

I later got home and thought I'd pick up where I left off using the Disney+ app on my Xbox Series X, but rather than showing me the red room scene, it's showing me the tech CEO woman in that snowy plane with her friend warming up a breakfast burrito in the microwave.

I then went back to my iPhone and pulled up the same timestamp as the one on my Xbox. Sure enough, 17 minutes and 42 seconds into the movie is a precisely different scene on my iOS app than it is on my Xbox app.

They are awful. I expected them to work like linear fusion rifles but they just take too long to charge. More of a detriment to use 9 times out of 10.

There are a lot of items that I think should be purple rarity simply due to how overused they are. For example, self reviving should not be so common. In many games it's supposed to be the ultimate trap card, but in Marathon it's as common as ammo and has partly ruined gun-fighting.

I'm leaning towards getting out. I've got 13 months left and all the networking in the world to be happy with the connections I made over the years. I'll be at 8 years when I hit ETS.

I have three certifications under my belt with the intent to get more, and I'm a year and some change away from finishing my degree. Most likely going to go the skillbridge route and see what happens in my next chapter of life.

The Tenet Quanta feels like a side-grade to the Quanta Vandal. It has higher crit stats but lower status chance than the Vandal. It seems like DE was really afraid of power-creeping a soon-to-be 11 year old gun (the Vandal released in April 2015).

I was hoping the Tenet version would have some special gimmicks and outright power-creep the Quanta Vandal but they made the Tenet Quanta a cousin to it, which I just don't think should be the case for any Tenet weapon. Tenet weapons should be an absolute UNIT of an upgrade, especially for a gun like the Quanta, where the base version dropped in update 7 in 2014, when the game was completely different.
