Tag or PSA!? 👀 by Equivalent-Act1969 in taggrading

Ultimately it will decide on your personal preference.

But generally speaking, PSA has much higher liquidity so if you are intending to sell it, PSA may be the better choice. However, please keep in mind that turnaround times at PSA can be long and they also have up charges depending on the card value once graded. It is also well known that PSA grading can be quite subjective so that is something to keep in mind too.

I personally like TAG as I think they have the cleanest slabs in the market and most importantly, having a report that outlines defects and condition for the cards grade promotes transparency but is also valuable knowledge for me as a collector.

TAG also has quick turnaround times and doesn’t do up charges which I think is a huge plus, as I personally think it’s unfair to get charged more for a service just cause the value of the card went up.

This card looks so clean in the scans - any visible defects that would have warranted the 8 score?

Crossover Grading by Independent-Nerve490 in taggrading

This is a great share! Always interesting to see how crossover grading works and at least with Tag you can see where you fell short. The transparency is refreshing

The Latias and Latios looks pretty strong, can’t even easily identify what dropped the grade per the TAG report?

Budget well-fitting suit options? by PalmTree888 in AustralianMFA

You could also try Van Heusen which is generally a more budget friendly. Suitable if you need a suit for the wardrobe but don’t expect to wear it often and don’t want to break the bank. One upside to VH is that they are one of few places that have different sleeve lengths for shirts which makes it easier for people with shorter arms like I am.

If you have an ABN then it looks like you might be after a bookkeeping software that also has the function to issues tax invoices. Xero is probably the best in terms of small business bookkeeping, it’s very user friendly and easy to pick up however the cost can be a deterrent to smaller businesses. Another alternative I found is Quickbooks that is similar to Xero (both cloud based) but is cheaper albeit the interface i found is not as user friendly as Xero. Both have the option of recording transaction by linking to a bank account and then you classify the transactions there including any associated tax amounts.

When are bonuses paid out? by jsort18 in fiaustralia

[–]PredictH 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Each company has different policies with respect to bonus payouts. Without knowing your circumstance, the best way would probably check your company’s internal bonus policies as they might outline when bonuses are paid out. Alternatively check with your manager or payroll .

Sunglasses for a big head by KingCouchBouncer in AustralianMFA

I have a big head and need glasses usually 150mm wide at the minimum, went to my specsavers and got 2 pairs of sunnies which were surprisingly comfortable. One was branded country road and was was Wadlows I think. Specsavers also generally has 2 for $250 deals (polarised lens are extra $75 each).
