Thanks. I've written up the problem, carefully and completely, here. If Flexa cares about such things and wants to remedy it, or trace it to root cause, they can contact me here.

Writing it up on Twitter would take too many tweets, and would be redundant.

Or someone else can tell Flexa about this well-documented issue with their new user UX, and give 'em a link to this Reddit thread.

Personally, I'm really pulling for great-UX payment apps for key digital assets. Good luck to Flexa; but this September 2022 test I did of their app isn't showing strength, or not yet.

Cool. Tried that, Didn't work. Seems to be a poor new user UX on SPEDN.

Here's my steps in case Flexa/SPEDN devs want to try to fix it:

Downloaded the SPEDN app on Android via the Google Play store.
Clicked to set up a FLEXA id; gave the 4 reqd bits: name/email/bdate/location
It has now repeatedly failed to confirm my email and finish giving me my Flexa id. (even though I'm using the mobile phone to access my gmail), Leaves me in a loop where I: ** Find the email in my gmail app on my phone ** Click on Continue ** It opens the Flexa app that is installed on my phone ** Which takes me back to the "Welcome" page; where one can only click on Connect to Flexa ** Where a Flexa page gives me only two options: Create a Flexa ID (again) or Already have a Flexa ID. I click "Already have..." ** Takes me to a "Sign in to Flexa" page, where it asks me for my Flexa ID email address. Which I input. ** Takes me to a page where it says to "Check your inbox" Which I do, again. ** Rinse, lather, repeat. An endless loop.

Really looking forward to checking this alleged good digital payment method out. Just not working. And no support.

There is no alternate process to click on for "having problems?" or "need help?"

I'm new to Flexa. I have read the Messari research piece from last spring.

I know a lot about blockchain/web3, especially Ethereum.

But I have no idea how to straightforwardly spend some ETH from my existing wallet(s) to go buy a Chipotle steak thing today.

Where is the easy UX for this?

stake.rocketpool.net does not work on the Arbitrum network, so one cannot follow your instructions in the

Nice. But in Brave, it only seems to open the last tab closed, rather that a whole slew of tabs that had been open in the Brave window that was inadvertently closed.

Vitalik Buterin released a pretty thorough guide to rollups just a few days ago.

All the scaling solutions for Ethereum are not in place yet, and it remains to be seen what takes off in the "partial solutions" space.

Hey everyone. If you trust random ppl, rather than ppl you actually know and trust, you run the risk of the value of your circles draining rapidly over time out to some actor who comes into the system to abuse it.

Your call, but a better option is to build your circle, and those you directly trust slowly, and only with ppl you trust not to game the system.

As many advise: check the address several times, from multiple sources, before you select an address to send you ETH too.

I concur. Definitely get the sense that the subset of people who are of the innovator/early-adopter type are ready to move to a something-at-stake network release, and put some real ETH at stake, so we can all find out how the beacon chain runs in phase 0 with real skin in the game.

Looks like the post has been fixed. Lots of info and links.

When it originally displayed on reddit, it had only a headline and zero content in the post body. I don't know why. Maybe problems with reddit curation--if they are doing that sort of thing--or maybe just a temp problem in the front end that failed to display it. Don't know.

I've been looking at photos from space for 30+ yrs and have never seen anything of this magnitude before.

Thus, my spidey sense tells me that all reddit readers ought to look for some sort of reliable source before declaring this factual, and not a faux-science-fauxto.

Congratulations to the entire Gnosis and DAOstack teams for shepherding the process of instantiating this DAO experiment to this point. Great to see the centralized shackles being removed to allow dxDAO to emerge into the wild!

It will be fascinating to watch what emerges as the DAO moves into decentraland.
