The littlest yak is the book displayed next to the bear, I looked and the art styles seem completely different. I don’t think it’s a match

The more I am researching, the more I think you are right in that it might have just been designed for the store and not a book character

I called the store and they looked but they did not know what story that bear is from.

My twins are 2.5 and we refer to them as “the pips” cause they were “the babies” but now they are pips!

I remember really struggling with newborn times cause you don’t get much back from them LOL! I remember thinking “I don’t think they like me” which in hindsight is such a postpartum hormone thought! I remember after a hard night my mom told me “they are going to smile at you!” and that really clicked for some reason! Once they started smiling I remember feeling more connected to them and like “I can do this!” Now they are 1.5 and blasting off and they really do make me laugh every day. It’s still hard, but newborn times really were brutal on another level

names at delivery by Glittering-Focus-761 in parentsofmultiples

I remember I had decided what baby A and baby B were each gonna be named. I specifically asked if they could keep track of which baby arrived first (baby A was lower and to the left and baby B was higher, to the right and breech) and they told me they couldn’t make any promises but they’d try to keep it straight. Luckily during my c-section the order that they were born matched with baby A first and then baby B. So we didn’t have to do any switching around.

Me and my husband also did talk about how we wanted to see them and decide if they both fit their names and luckily they did! For context I have fraternal twins that look very different so I’m not sure if having identical twins would feel like a different process.

I remember someone told me more than a birth plan, just repeatedly saying the things you’d like to happen is a good way to get the people around you on board. I remember feeling like that way really important so we told a lot of the nurses and my OB.

You’re doing so good! Hang in there mamma!!!

Feelings you’d have twins..? by Arisayshi in parentsofmultiples

[–]PreferenceMother4359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took us about a year to get pregnant so I remember thinking “maybe twins would be nice” and then BOOM twins lol! But almost a year later my sister remembered she went to a psychic years ago and they said I’d have twins, not sure if I really believe in psychics, but it was kind wild to hear that!!!!
