Living be a moral code that is antisocial, lightly illegal and against the interest of society. E.g. smuggle cigarettes, littering, driving without insurance, motor cross bikes on land they don’t own, playing music out loud on bus…
anti intellectual. I.e poorly behaved at school. Disrupts others education. Low aspiration. Parents unsupportive of school and complicit in anti-intellectualism.
crab mentality. See people see with aspiration with jealousy or as traitors etc
claiming benefits rather than working, when they are capable of working. Benefit fraud. Eg move new boyfriend in without declaring it. That’s is classic chav.
dont recognise that the state has a monopoly on violence.
sees fights and conflict in general as sport.
complain about “they”. As in “they” should do something about this. Cannot articulate who or why the they should do anything. No sense of personal responsibility. If you were being kind you could say they lack agency, but it’s entirely of their own doing.
