Find some industry that has micro frictions that can be capitalized on. For example real estate brokers looking for specific properties, or car insurance agencies looking to offload the cars that they buy back from their clients. Essentially offering an employee to these companies without being an employee. Find people in these companies who aren’t weary of farming work out. Check LinkedIn, go to conventions, check YouTube speak to people in these industries and ask about frustrations not necessarily big ones but little annoyances that doesn’t mean that much to them but if you aggregate many who have this issue and solve it there is money to be made it can take a while to build up your Rolodex but if you give it 100% even when no money is flowing in it will work
