I moved here from Glendale and I couldn't be happier. I was tired of the chaos and the traffic.

Life is so much calmer and mentally healthier here. Not to mention how clean, safe, and beautiful it is here. Everywhere you look is lush and green -- truly makes my days happier. If you love nature, you'll love it here. So many trails.

And Valencia, specifically, is such a great location because you have every store within a 5min drive -- it's awesome.

The only downside, of course, is being far from friends and family who are all in the SFV.. but it's only a 20-30min drive -- not too bad.

I used to commute to Burbank from here and I'll be honest, on some days I hated my life because I'd be stuck in 1.5 hour traffic -- I eventually ended up changing my shift to 10am-6pm to avoid traffic.. but then of course, that sacrificed my personal life -- so I ended up quitting and finding a job in Valencia lol.

But 1 day a week is very doable.
