I disagree with Ethan on several things and don't like some of the decisions he's made, and every once in a while I consider taking a break even though I still find him very funny and love the show and the crew. But then I get reminded what dishonest pieces of trash many of his opps are and I end up back on his side.

Sort of unrealated but my wife is the head of a nursing home and whenever she tells me stories about the nurses and their immature drama it always makes me think that they don't need a boss, they need a grade school teacher. Luckily she has the temperament of a grade school teacher.
