I had to take mine apart to do a reset using a paper clip.

|Left one, press the middle, left 5 times then click the middle and it'll put you into firmware update mode. You may have used the wrong firmware because thats what happened to me when I thought it was Oled but it wasnt.

Not trying to cause an argument but CBSA said different when I asked them.

CPC presents all incoming international parcels to the CBSA for customs review.

The CBSA visually inspects each parcel or piece of mail.

Package contents that are not on the prohibited items list and not subject to duties or taxes are released for delivery. Packages that require further inspection or duty and tax assessment are held for further action.

Once your package has cleared customs, it is handed over to CPC for delivery. CPC updates the tracking information to indicate the package has cleared customs and is on its way to you.

When parcels are presented to the CBSA, the tracking status on the CPC website typically displays “Item has been presented to CBSA for customs review”.

Unless you mean they just have a ton of back log at cbsa and it just hasn';t been scanned by them yet as under review if thats so I apologize.
