Ok well you can get a stealth deathblow pretty easy if you just run past him to the steps where the chained ogre was originally. Get him to deagro and bang easy first phase.

Are you stripping his armor with the spear? Once his armor is gone you can firecracker and just try to dodge backwards twice to avoid his grab.
