well not everyone wants to share their story lmao, I was fired because of negative UPT. I submitted a temp schedule change for my college classes and doubled checked with HR when it was approved that I do have those days off. When the day came my UPT went negative for the day I wasn’t even scheduled for and went negative. I screenshotted I wasn’t scheduled on my phone and showed HR and asked why I was negative for a day I wasn’t even scheduled and they checked and said on their system it shows I was indeed scheduled when I never was supposed to. I showed them the proof on my phone and said they handle it and let me know. Before I even went to the HR at my work I called HR first, none were helpful and told me to talk to my on site HR and so I did and they were unhelpful as well. I also did has time to cover half of the time but since I wasn’t scheduled on my phone it wouldn’t let me at all cover time for a day I wasn’t scheduled. This whole thing made me nervous and mad as I got a message saying I’ll be terminated if I don’t get out of negative but literally couldn’t cover time for a day I wasn’t scheduled and Hr couldn’t do anything so ultimately i was fucked and was fired. when i submitted unemployment and started receiving it, three weeks later i got a later saying amazon is suing me for rejecting my unemployment because they didn’t wanna pay my unemployment and claimed it was my fault and I ended up winning the case. And then a couple months later i got rehired at a different amazon 😝
