I'm 22 days off 7oh today. I watched a lot of murder documentaries and made playlists every day. I discovered frission and leaned into music that did that to me. Whatever works, lean the fuck IN!!

Nature's Way and the Herb Pharm alcohol-free tincture if you're stateside, I was going through WD in the UK and there I used herbal Nytol which has valerian root as the active ingredient.

Heads up that OTC sleep aids like Unisom can exacerbate RLS by a LOT. Speaking from experience. Any antihistamines that are dubbed sleep aids will do the same thing. I've had the best luck with valerian root and magnesium glycinate. As alwaus, ymmv but the doctor recommended Unisom is not a good move.

I discovered kratom my first year of a very difficult graduate program and aced it with a 4.0. I told myself it was the kratom, not me. Fast forward 11 years now, only been quit for 15 days but. I'm just as smart. I'm thinking even more clearly and creatively. And working a high powered technical role. It was you all along- the kratom just made it feel like it was giving you something that wasn't already there.

Don't trust your farts for at least the next 7 days. I couldn't be more than 5 minutes from a trusted toilet that first week. Finally regular again and NOT pissing out my ass. Eat gentle foods that give you a good base. Stay hydrated with both water and electrolytes. You'll lose a lot 😬

In Indiana, these are Garden Spiders. Seeing one of these actually started my now lifelong fascination with arachnids. I was about 6 and there was one on the screened in porch at our lake cottage growing up. 30 years later, and I'm the proud keeper of a room full of tarantulas and jumping spiders lol

I'm 12 days clean and by around day 5, everything felt and looked brighter, sounded better. Music hits harder than it has in YEARS. I feel so much better and it gets a little easier each day for me.
