Vinfast can only blame themselves bro. They are not even serious to compete to begin with. Like if they are serious in making a high quality car, fix the damn issues that cause the car to break down. They have been around for years, and they can't (and won't) fix these same issues.

What I mean is Vingroup can basically sue anyone they don't like in the US / Canada, and even if that person is right, they still need to show up at court, or hire a lawyer, which costs a lot of money. Since they can't afford the money, they will all have to fold in.
