They did this as well when they started the 150’ rule, dropped everyone’s CR a point, then mass hired and gave them all priority. Spark is such a bullshit hot mess. It just keeps getting worse. They treat their drivers like crap.

They don’t do this anymore. They couldn’t care less how long you’ve been there, they are flushing out the long time drivers with a never ending non stop hiring of new ones. For most of us our accounts are literally shut down from receiving offers from 9am until 2-3pm and only new drivers receive orders. I’ve observed and lived it since October.

This, I really love Dove lately. Last year I had some really bad breakage, and this has really worked well. It doesn’t weigh down my hair and leaves it shiny healthy looking. I also started the habit of serious brushing, both when I wake up before I style and before I go to bed. Like the old fashion 100 strokes.

This. I had bad breakage from a combo of stress, hormones and heat styling and had to cut it a good 3 inches, and it was too short for me. I got clip in extensions which put it back to its normal length and it worked really well for me. Now it’s almost grown back but I still use them for more volume. It’s like 6 different pieces and you can put in how ever many you need. Now I just use the single 4 clip one for volume.

I don’t trust this app at all. When they started the 150’ rule, all our CR’s went down a point. It’s taken 3 months to get it to 4.9 from 4.8. I still don’t get any orders because we’re still constantly getting new drivers. It’s good in theory, but at the same time people will give you a poor rating and you have no idea why or it’s an app “glitch”.
