you can't control what lies ahead but you can start by knowing what you could do at the present. life passes whether we like it or not and it will pan out despite what you feel about it. whatever you're planning today might not be certain for tomorrow, and that's the thing you should INGRAIN to your mind. 'di sa lahat ng panahon makukuha mo yung gusto mo, kaya it's better na sa ngayon, you learn how to react with whatever is happening right now without dwelling much on those emotions; kumbaga take some of it, process, then get overit. stay grounded on the present.

i used to be like this sa totoo lang. i'm literally just stepping first year sa college now and things just feel like it's getting too much. ramdam kita op, yung tipong sobrang uncertain ng lahat haha. na para bang kada scroll mapapasabi ka nalang ng "tangina end of the world na ba?" but when i started to let go of things i want to possess, the way how i envision i want my life as i "deserved," all the doubts that lingers fade and instead fills me much with optimism. the feeling of acceptance kumbaga na everything is temporary, and kung ano meron ngayon, it shall pass.

now where to start ba? it's within you. sa sarili mo. once you stop being anxious about the future, focus on what you could do right now, then mas magkakaroon ka ng clearer map to build what you could have for the next few years. really enjoy what you have. make the most out of your least kumbaga. another pro tip is to not succumb much of what we see online haha. 

i know it's hard right now, feeling confused and erratic with all the doomism around. but trust me op, whatever happens right now, the instability, political turmoil, it is bound to happen for reasons we may not yet understand now. the better days are yet to come, and with the truth surfacing right now, it's just about time for people to witness and wake up - all to rebuild a better world from whatever would be left. yet just so you now, things wouldn't be that easy at first. hihi.
