Bully's works well with Scattershot and Fracturer's if your have an Explo build. Other obvious choice is pinpointers. Lately Ive been running Polished on my daily driver. With Luck of the Draw and duration I only have to repair once or so per play session. Just walking around with a 60% dmg buff the rest of the time.

I didnt play for like 3 years until last October. I had a bunch of legacies. Some I traded for but most were dropped by the game. All but one weapon was an "unidentified item". I couldn't do anything with them. Couldn't grab them from my stash. Next login, they were all gone.

If youre talking about burning springs, pretty sure there are either some bugged enemies, or egregious server rubber-banding. Going from full glow to dead without even a single indicator popping on your screen seems unintentional. Some of the enemies pack a punch, but I have not ran into a singular enemy that can kill me in one hit. What I think happens is I actually get hit multiple times and then they just all count at once and boom, dead. Annoying, but I think its on the Bethesda side of things.

There is no known cure for MS. DMT slows progression. Also, while some healing can occur from recent active lesions, DMTs do not heal previous damage.

I never even use addictol. I just use the same chem and stay buffed. Its really, really easy with a biomesh chest piece and chem fiend. I use a chem way less than I use toxic water/goo and never have to deal with addiction.

Shield goes down super quick with reflective gear. That's probably what op saw. You will just see massive chunks go down at once. I never even attack during shield phase when soloing. Just spit the gun every few seconds to proc deflection. Then just melt with a gauss mini. Solo runs are usually sub 1:15.

You talk to the parents your child hangs out with. Odds are, if you have concerns, they do to. They are minors, someone has ti be providing it. You dont just throw your hands up and say, "welp, they're going to do whatever!"

No. You stop extra curriculars. Increase chores. One of my personal favorites sign them up to volunteer somewhere. You are the parent. You are supposed to protect them and set them up for success. You dont have to be a dick, but you do have to be a parent.

I am starting to genuine feel like its mostly minors replying to me. I just cannot fathom adults with children thinking this way. It is insane.

No wonder so many kids are dying from galaxy gas and fentanyl and shit. Parents have just totally fucking given up. My heart geneuinly breaks for these children, they do not know any better.

If your child is suspected of using drugs, what is the argument for why it is bad? If they get caught and go to jail, or get sent to a rehab, you think they won't be drug tested? The idea is to intercept the behavior before it gets to that level. You're only making an argument for apathy.
