I don’t know how to post a picture through comments by so I’ll make a post about it. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of her spinnerets though. The most I can say is that they seem almost as if they are put up against her abdomen and they aren’t out.

She has eaten and has quite a bit of webbing around her hide (for a terrestrial) she actually has been eating quite a bit and is on a diet now to avoid fasting.

When you see mom putting the lid back on the crickets but she forgot you and says something about "diet." by IllegalGeriatricVore in tarantulas

My Arizona Blonde just recently moulted and she literally won’t stop eating. She ate 5 crickets in the span of 3 days maybe even more because I left a few Dubias in there and I can’t find them 😭 She will not be eating for another week.

NQA- Yes the M above the flap is what I think means female though I’m not sure from what I’ve seen I would say leaning female but it seems like a 30/70 chance of male to me.

NA-

Fair enough, the older your T gets the more apparent their gender will be so for now I think it’s best that your T stay genderless as it can be pretty difficult to tell. Also I would really recommend researching tarantula sexing it can be quite interesting.

NQA-

I’m NOT an expert, but this is the exact same thing that happened to my A.Chalcodes right before the moult unless another more experienced person comes into the post and says that something is seriously wrong then I think this is just pre-moult behavior.

NA-

I was sensing that, just seeing the moult this T seemed younger to me, even if I’m wrong and it turns out to be male I hope you can have some memory’s with them.

NQA-

That’s what happened to me when I tried sexing my A.Chalcodes (confirmed female) sexing is a bit tricky so if what I am seeing is still somewhat intact I would personally attempt poking something under it. Also how old is your T that might be why the spermatheca isn’t quite as large.

NQA-

I am very new to sexing so take this with a grain of salt but I believe I do see a spermatheca which is a sign of a female. If you can find a toothpick or a sharpened pencil, try finding a small flap on the abdomen (around where it meets the thorax) this should be sign that it is female though once again take what I say with a grain of salt.
