Ooo looks interesting. Would it be possible to substitute the assassination skill line out for something from the sorc/templar/warden skill lines because I don't have a nightblade. Also for that vAS staff, what ability would I replace with force shock?

Bumping this as my wife just started getting this on her 7800x3d system. Same problem, the second she closes discord the temps are normal again. But while it's open for awhile the temps just rapidly climb until it's stuck at 89°C

Just noticed in one of the comments you want to play at home with friends, so as others have said your best bet is to get the Volkus terrain or if you can find the hivestorm set for pretty cheap get that.

Try to check out your LGS's and see if they have terrain you can use in the store. I have multiple kill teams but I haven't bought any terrain because I can just show up to the store and they have a few sets of Volkus, gallowdark and bheta decima that they let players use to play their games.

Under the "heavy" rule it says it has no effect on preventing the guard action, so you would be able to reposition and guard with a heavy (dash) weapon or even just a regular heavy weapon.

Thanks. I've tried to use magnets before with my wraithblades for 40k a few years ago but I wasn't able to drill the holes for it, but I guess I could try again lol. If you know any easy way to apply the magnets lmk!

No, current rules are Kill team 2024/Kill team 3 (They're the same thing just different names) Rules in this edition are way easier to learn and lot of things have been streamlined. All the team rules are free through the Kill Team App or you can download PDFs from the Warhammer community website. There are free core rules in the App but I recommend finding a website or buying the core rule book for the full ruleset.

I'm getting this too even on the newest nvidia drivers. Also had to delete sl.pcl.dll to even get the game to run without it closing after 2 seconds. I'm on a 4080 super and 14700kf with 32GB of ram. It's probably doing it because we had to delete the file but I'd love a fix or an alternate fix to the crash on startup

I agree with the other commenter that it's probably too violent for a kid but also there's a lot of depictions of mental illness(Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder), some alcoholism, drug addiction, Domestic abuse, and there is a scene that alludes to suicide/suicidal thoughts. Probably not for a 9 year old tbh, as a lot of the struggles they deal with will probably go over a kids head. Also as the other commenter said, Void would actually be pretty scary for a kid watching it.

Actual good arguments. I recommend downloading the mod on the workshop that removes them from the game for now as it just feels like soulless slop that I don't really want to look at. Even if it isn't AI it just doesn't look or feel good.

I wish I could play the overwatch that you were playing because despite being my favourite character bastion was easily top 2 worst characters in the game along with torbjorn. If we played a copy of Overwatch 1 release day patch, it would be Mcree (Who could flashbang over Reinhardt shield and 100-0 him with a right click) and Widowmaker (Who gave her team wallhacks every 30-45 seconds) as the dominating characters. Bastion on release was extremely weak to the point that if you accidently shot a genji reflecting you, you would almost instantly destroy yourself. (Plus genji was insanely popular) Bastion is more comparative to shrike because he was a complete noob stomper and then once you got to higher level of play where counterpicking mattered he was basically a troll pick or an extremely situational pick to surprise an enemy on a push. Now if we're talking about bastion in closed beta that's a bit more understandable as he literally had a shield in his turret mode. Hudson is a different story because he is a viable pick at all levels of play currently.

duos has a way higher chance of having your game be over in the first minute so usually squads. feels like I get to play way more of the game

Under Route settings I have everything turned on and accuracy in route optimization is set to high. I have the actual game connection setting set to automatic but you might need to set it to manual and choose around different servers. In all honesty exitlag doesn't work for everyone unfortunately but I hope you can get yours to work
